I hate "The Game". You know, that stupid back-and-forth about pricing when it comes to buying a vehicle. I don't have to haggle the price of my groceries or anything else with a price tag so why are vehicles different? And why do people WANT to do that? The perception that they got a "deal".
It seems that RVs are different though. The sale price is always below the sticker. Strange I know. I got a GREAT deal and didn't have to argue about pricing.
I decided to go to Liberty RV since I was in the market for a new trailer. I walked around to look and a salesman named Kyle came out to help. Definitely not your typical salesperson - no pressure, no games and straightforward, honest advice. Didn't even ask for my contact info to harass me until I bought something.
I left without a new trailer; the one I actually was interested in was sold just before I got there so I had to regroup. I went home and did some more research online.
The next day I went back and bought a trailer from Kyle after looking at more trailers online and taking his expertise into consideration. I even spent more than originally planned in order to buy a quality and long-lasting RV.

We were shopping around for travel trailers and decided to check out this spot. We didn't have an appointment and that wasn't a big deal as they put us with a nice gentleman to answer questions we had.
He walked us through several options, gave us brochures to take home, and his business card. Not pushy and very nice.

BUYER BEWARE! I would highly encourage anyone in the market for an RV to look elsewhere. If you do choose to purchase from Liberty - HIRE an independent RV inspector to throughly inspect the RV you're considering even if it's a brand new unit! It could save you a lot of money and headaches after you drive off the lot because after the sale, they have no further use for you. We purchased a NEW 2023 Rockwood Signature Travel Trailer from Liberty. After getting it home, we turned on the furnace which produced a deafening, atrocious sound. It sounded as if it might explode. I contacted Liberty immediately but they couldn't make time to look at it for 2 months! I explained we were planning to leave town soon & RV full time which is why we purchased it in the first place. I guess I expected Liberty to say, "Absolutely, bring that right back and we'll get it fixed for you since you just purchased it from us for 55K" but no such luck. We were extremely concerned about the safety of the camper & despite the fact that we also purchased their extended warranty, we have PAID 6 different techs to attempt to repair it but not one has been able to get it to function properly. Recently, we were back through KC so I attempted again to get Liberty to take a look at it & got the same response. We can get to you in a couple of months. I don't know if Liberty didn't test the heater before delivery or they did, discovered it was faulty but allowed us to take delivery anyway. At this point, it unfortunately seems as though we were sold a very expensive lemon.

We are absolutely impressed with Liberty RV. We searched many months to find the perfect rig for our upgrade. Bruce took the time to listen to our wants and needs. We got everything we wanted and do not feel like we settled. Shawn took the time to find us the best rate and had everything ready when agreed. FIVE gold stars all the way.

I liked a trailer on RV Trader they had for sale however, it was dirty and in awful shape cosmetically in the photos(see attached).
Basically they never too the time to prepare it for sale, didn't take the time as the market is hot.
I wrote the dealership:
"$32K and you cant bother to clean the rig before you list it? WTH?"
The Internet/ Marketing Director, Steven Flanagan wrote me back unapologetically:
"I wanted to let you know that the 2022 Rockwood 2109S you inquired on is currently pending a sale. Let me know if you have any other questions"
This dealership doesn't care about its image, or customers as long as sales are good. This message says to me :
Take it or Leave it

Fred, our policy is to list units as quickly as possible. Once the unit has been cleaned, we take updated photos to update the post, however, this unit was already pending sale before this could occur. In the current market, we are trying to appease buyers as soon as we have the product and ensure the units are cleaned before possession is taken. We are sorry this doesn’t meet your expectations, yet we do not think this warrants a one-star review. We wish you the best in your search for your new camper.

had a great buying experience in the fall all to have it ruined in the spring by terrible customer service from the parts department. part had came off the camper in route to campground for very first use. parts guy said to go buy one somewhere.

Troy, we are sorry to see that you felt the need to leave us a review based on this matter. As we discussed with you on the phone, the part is a $6 part (covered by warranty), and shipping would have cost you $10. You told us that you have a local dealership, since you are an out-of-state customer, that is only 2-blocks away from you and we agreed that purchasing the part from there is the logical solution. We aim to provide quality service for our customers and did not think charging for a part and shipping was in your best interest. We hope you enjoy your new Fifth Wheel.

The doorlock of our motorhome broke and we were stuck inside! Driving straight to Liberty RV where the guys took the lock apart and replaced it within 2 hours with a new one! Vacation fun and traveling restored! Thank you so much! You were all super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

Poor customer service. Had to make multiple phone calls to get repairs scheduled. Took almost 3 months. Will take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a new travel trailer from this dealer. The deal was fair and the trailer is great. This is a small, somewhat disorganized dealer, not big on paperwork, but I was treated very fair. They have low overhead so they don't charge any dealer prep, pdi, or doc fees. I came from out-of-town to buy the trailer, and the salesman, Kyle, answered all my questions, and sent photos when requested. George and the service dept made every effort to fix all my issues promptly. One happy customer!

My husband went in there today to ask a question about our camper refrigerator. He said the receptionist was super nice and helpful. She personally took him back to the service tech. He was nice and polite and answered all the question about the refrigerator. He even said he would order the replacement circuit board it needed.
We will definitely go back their in the future. My husband went to another place closer to our house and they weren't helpful and rather rude.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
