A public, or daily-fee Public golf course near Austin Tx is fully open to the public without restriction, usually privately owned named Plumcreek Golf. The golf course is quiet beautiful and a great place to play at also their service is on par. I am a member over there and have been for 2 years. I would recommend you check them out.
